Hi,
I’m an assistant professor of management and Marketing at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University business school. I hold a PhD in Social, Decision Making, and Organizational Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MA in clinical psychology from Columbia University. My research investigates how social norms, and contextual dynamics shape organizational behavior – from how gender norms create invisible barriers in professional settings, to how communication approaches affect team outcomes in different contexts, to how organizations can leverage normative influence to promote desired behaviors. Through these interconnected streams, my work illuminates how social and contextual factors influence workplace dynamics and helps organizations develop more effective approaches to managing modern workplace challenges.
